Project: ByteDance – 11th Floor Fit-Out
Location: Grzybowska 60, Warsaw

The works comprise the partial refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing 11th floor office space within the area indicated by the blue dotted line (scope boundary) on the drawings.

The project includes demolition, construction of new partitioned areas, modifications to MEP services, lighting adjustments, AV relocations, flooring works, and installation of new furniture to accommodate the proposed layouts (Option 1 / Option 2).

All dimensions, power provisions, and compliance requirements are to be verified on site prior to execution. Works must comply with local codes, fire strategy, and building regulations.
