BEPLAN Design + Build was commissioned by BZ WBK Arka Fund to deliver the complete fit-out of mBank’s MCO offices within the newly developed Park Business Teofilów (PBT) office complex in Łódź, Poland.

Covering approximately 4,000 m² across five floors, the project involved the comprehensive execution of architectural, construction, mechanical, electrical, and technical installations, transforming the newly developed office space into a fully operational corporate workplace.

The scope included open-plan workspaces, individual offices, conference and meeting rooms, collaborative areas, employee breakout spaces, circulation zones, and a fully equipped staff canteen.

A particularly important element of the project was the construction and technical integration of mBank’s main transaction server infrastructure, requiring dedicated electrical systems, mechanical installations, and close coordination of critical building services to meet the bank’s operational and security requirements.

The interior design combines functionality, efficiency, and employee comfort, featuring extensive glazed partitions, acoustic solutions, ergonomic workstations, contemporary finishes, and distinctive colour accents. The arrangement was developed to support both individual productivity and collaboration while maintaining a consistent corporate identity throughout the five floors.

As General Contractor, BEPLAN was responsible for coordinating and executing all construction activities, including architectural finishes, HVAC, electrical installations, lighting, structured cabling, technical infrastructure, and specialist subcontractors.

Despite the scale and technical complexity, the entire 4,000 m² project was successfully completed in approximately six months, demonstrating BEPLAN’s ability to deliver large-scale corporate fit-outs under demanding schedules and technical requirements.
