The location of the project is quiet and secluded, but well communicated with the city center. In close proximity there are shopping centers and leisure facilities. On the first stage two four level buildings were under construction, equipped with all necessary amenities. This phase includes 110 apartments, which were completed in April 2011. The total investment will accommodate  400 apartments.
